SECRET (b) Paragraph 18 (ii). There was general agreement that telephone monitoring in the Zone should continue as suggested in this paragraph. It was further agreed that the "Comment Sheets" resulting from monitoring should be abandoned and that the intelligence obtained from them should be used by Field Security in the same way as they used intelligence from other secret sources; in other words this information should not be passed out in its raw state unless individual users specifically asked that they might receive it in undigested form.
