3. THE USE BY THE GERMANS OF SOVIET NATIONALS AGAINST THE SOVIET UNION IN WORLD WAR II. SECRET (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(50) 1st Meeting, Minute 4). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute+ by the Secretary covering four reports received from M.I.6 regarding the use by the Germans of Soviet nationals against the Soviet Union in World War II. In discussion, it was recalled that in their reportto the Chiefs of Staff on this subject, it had been stated that a further report would be submitted when additional evidence was available.
