SERVICE ATTACHES SECRET (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(49) 106th Meeting, Minute 4). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute+ by the Secretary covering a minute by the Director of Military Intelligence reporting requests by the Czech Military Attache in London to visit factories in this country in reciprocity for similar facilities accorded to United Kingdom Attaches accredited to Prague. LIEUTENANT-COLONEL STONEY said that the Czech Military Attache wished to nominate certain factories for him to visit on the grounds that the Assistant Naval Attache (Technical) accredited to Prague had asked the Czech authorities for permission to visit two further named factories in Czechoslovakia.
