TOP SECRET In considering the report by the Joint Intelligence Committee, Far East, it was noted that Annex II to that report consisted of paragraphs 7 to 23 of the report by the Local Intelligence Committee, Hong Kong. In so far as they were applicable therefore, comments on the Local Intelligence Committee's report should also be passed to Singapore. Certain minor comments were made on the report by the Joint Intelligence Committee, Far East, of a Service nature, and it was generally agreed that Departments concerned should draw the attention of their respective representatives in Singapore to these points.
