TOP SECRET (2) Instructed the Secretary, in consultation with the Joint Intelligence Staff, to send a telegram to the United States and Canadian Joint Intelligence Committees setting out their views and suggested amendments as agreed in discussion. 2. SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL INTELLIGENCE TOP SECRET (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(49) 103rd Meeting, Minute 3). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary+ covering a draft report to the Chiefs of Staff on the organisation of scientific and technical intelligence, which had been prepared in the light of the Committee's previous discussion on this matter and of the subsequent meetings between the Chairman, Joint Scientific and Joint Technical Intelligence Committees and authorities concerned.
