TOP SECRET 3. INTELLIGENCE REQUIREMENTS IN AN UNOCCUPIED AUSTRIA THE COMMITTEE considered a Revised Draft Report+ examining our intelligence requirements in an unoccupied Austria and how such requirements would be met. AIR COMMODORE WOOLLEY referred to paragraph 2(b) of the report and paragraph 4 of the Annex which stated that certain additional economic material required on the French and American Zones of Austria should be obtainable through exchange arrangements with the French and American authorities.
