TOP SECRET TOP SECRET of tasks for the collection of intelligence information in Germany, such intelligence had not been included. This had been because it was considered that it was preferable to treat special intelligence requirements on a world-wide basis. He suggested, therefore, that the Joint Intelligence Committee, Far East, should be provided with copies of the Committee's reportscovering the priorities of special intelligence requirements and that they should be invited to frame their own report in the light of these priorities.
