HAYTER referred to the factual comments on the Joint Intelligence sub-Committee, India, report on "Political Activities in South East Asia with special reference to Communism" and the covering letter to the Chairman of the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee, India, which had been agreed by the Deputy Directors at their last meeting and suggested that further consideration should be given to these comments before they were despatched.
