CIRCULATION OF THE COMMITTEE'S REPORTS TOP SECRET PREPARED FOR THE WESTERN UNION ORGANISATION BRIGADIER BOUCHER referred to the periodic intelligence summaries+ which were prepared for the United Kingdom Delegation to the Five Power Military Committee as a brief for preparation of combined periodic intelligence summaries for the Western Europe Commanders-in-Chief Committee. These summaries contained a considerable amount of Top Secret material, most of which however appeared in other forms in the Committee's appreciations and reports.
