SHORT TERM INDICATIONS OF SOVIET PREPAREDNESS FOR WAR (Previous Reference: JIC(48)108th Meeting, Minute 2) THE COMMITTEE had before them a revised draft report+ on "Short Term indications of Soviet Preparedness for War", together with a minuteø by the Secretary covering certain amendments thereto suggested by the War Office. THE COMMITTEE :Approved the revised draft report subject to certain amendments agreed in discussion, and instructed the Secretary to submit it to the Chiefs of Staff.
