COLONEL RANSOME said that the fact that the Soviet Union and the Satellites purchased forty-six copies of the publication revealed the value which they attached to the information they obtained from it. In discussion it was agreed that the authorities of the Institution were fully alive to the security implications, and that they were taking the best possible measures to prevent any undesirable disclosures being made at their lectures and in their publications. In view of this, no further action was considered necessary unless some unforeseen breach came to notice in the future.
