The Admiralty had carried out useful collaboration in combined operations with the French and Dutch which they would like to continue, a had recently arranged to assist the French in their combined operations schools in the Mediterranean. This was undertaken in accordance with the rules governing the release of information to other nations and to have to cease collaboration under a new procedure would be regretted. MR. HAYTER said that if the proposal were adopted, provision could probably be made for exceptional cases.
