3. YUGOSLAVIA COMINFORM DISPUTE. (Previous reference: J.I.C.(48) 67th Meeting (0) Minute 4) THE COMMITTEE had before them a Minuteø by the Secretary, covering a copy of a paper by the Foreign Office on the Yugoslav Cominform dispute. MR. JOHNSTON said that a further paper on this subject had been prepared by the Foreign Office. He undertook to circulate copies to the Committee in time for consideration at their meeting on Friday, 9th July 1948. In discussion on whether the Committee should prepare a report on the situation in Yugoslavia, it was suggested that the scope of any such report might, with advantage, be widened to include consideration of the present position in all Russian satellite countries.
