It was probable that only those tasks listed in Priority A would be required to be undertaken at the present. Nevertheless, the Foreign Office would wish to know which of these to be given precedence, the exact areas that were to be covered, the estimated duration of the work, the number and composition of the party and whether they were to be ship-based or land-based.
