2. BRITISH SERVICE ATTACHES IN MOSCOW (Previous reference: J.I.C.(48) 46th Mtg. (0) Min. 1) THE COMMITTEE gave further consideration to :(a) Service representation in Moscow in the light of the views of H.M. Ambassador. (b) the desirability for imposing a reduction in, or restrictions on, Russian Service Attaches in London. (a) British Service representation in Moscow AIR COMMODORE HAWTREY reaffirmed that the Air Ministry considered it desirable to retain both the Air Attache and the Assistant Air Attache in Moscow.
