VICE ADMIRAL PARRY suggested that the document should be made available to Commanders-in-Chief and to Service Staff Colleges. THE COMMITTEE :(a) Invited the Foreign Office to consider re-editing their document for the purposes of public distribution, and the desirability of reviewing the contents of the document in about six months' time. (b) Invited Departments to inform the Secretary by the 17th March of Commands and Service Staff Colleges to whom the document should be sent. (c) Instructed the Secretary to inform the Foreign Office of the total number of copies which would be required for circulation to Commands, Staff Colleges and J.I.C.'s abroad, (CONFIDENTIAL) 3.
