VICE ADMIRAL PARRY suggested that the document should be made available to Commanders-in-Chief and to Service Staff Colleges. THE COMMITTEE :(a) Invited the Foreign Office to consider re-editing their document for the purposes of public distribution, and the desirability of reviewing the contents of the document in about six months' time.
