GROUP CAPTAIN BRODIE said that, although the Governments of India and Pakistan might take offence at being placed in category 'B' while being allowed to receive essential Top Secret and Secret information, such a policy would be easier to implement and provide a better insurance against any inadvertant disclosure of information. BRIGADIER BOUCHER suggested that the re-examination of the problem should include the policy to be adopted for the disclosure of information to Ceylon since there was at present no such policy and the situation of that Dominion was very similar.
