of liaison officers by the Service, and other Departments, should be examined as a matter of urgency. It was agreed that a working party, consisting of representatives of the Service Ministries, including technical representatives, and the Commonwealth Relations Office (Defence Staff) "X" should be set up for this purpose. The working party should prepare a draft report on this subject, and including recommendations on the general policy for passing information for submission to the Chiefs of Staff after consulting the Joint Technical Warfare Committee.
