There was general agreement with these suggestions. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(a) Approved the draft terms of reference for the delegation to Germany, subject to the incorporation of the amendments agreed in discussion, and instructed the Secretary to submit it to the Joint Intelligence Committee, Germany, for their concurrence. (b) Invited the War Office to discuss the programme and administrative arrangements for the delegation with the Chief of the Intelligence Division of the Control Commission for Germany, and to inform them of the outcome.
