3. RELEASE OF INFORMATION ON OPERATIONAL RESEARCH. (Previous reference: J.I.C.(46) 71st Meeting (0) Minute 3) THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minuteø by the Secretary informing them that the Americans had agreed, in general, to the suggested principles for governing the release of information on operational research as prepared by the Directors of Operational Research, but that they had submitted a re-editted version of a suitable combined policy, which was annexed to the minute by the Secretary, for approval by the British authorities.
