In discussion it was suggested that it would be of value if copies of the report were made available to the Americans, and it was agreed that Departments should consider the report from this aspect and inform the Secretary whether copies could be submitted to the Americans or whether any omission would be necessary. THE SUB-COMMITTEE :(a) Approved the report by their representatives and the representatives of the Ministry of Supply, subject to the inclusion of the amendments agreed in discussion, and instructed the Secretary to arrange for its circulation.+ (b) Invited the Service Ministries to convey the initial grading for the operational security of projects, which they were sponsoring, to the Ministry of Supply.
