THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute* by the Secretary, covering a letter+ from the Air Ministry, concerning a request from the United States Air Forces in Europe that three former German Air Force officers engaged on a historical study, might have access to captured German Air Force documents held by the Air Ministry with a view to selecting those suitable for their studies.
