MR. HAYTER said that he would like to consider further who in the Ministry of Supply would be the appropriate official to invite to the meeting with the Deputy Directors for the initial discussion. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(a) Invited the Service Ministries and the Security Service, as a matter of urgency, to submit their views on the report by the War Office, to the Secretary. (b) Instructed the Secretary to circulate a draft report, incorporating the views of the Service Ministries and the Security Service when received.
