'X' PASSING OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL INTELLIGENCE TO THE AMERICAN NAVAL MILITARY AND AIR ATTACHES IN LONDON (Previous Reference: J.I.C. (47) 5th Meeting (0) Minute 4) THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute* by the Secretary, giving the revised recommendationsof the Joint Scientific and Joint Technical Intelligence Committees on the passing of Scientific and Technical Intelligence to the Americans. In discussion it was generally agreed that reports prepared by the Joint Scientific and Joint Technical Intelligence Committees for the Sub-Committee should, when applicable, be sent to the Americans through the Joint Staff Mission in Washington.
