SECRET ANNEX CHARTER FOR THE JOINT TECHNICAL INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE 1. The Joint Technical Intelligence Committee (J.T.I.C.) consist of the Director of Scientific Intelligence (as exofficio Chairman), the Heads of the three Services Technical Intelligence Sections, and a representative of the Joint Intelligence Bureau (J.I.B.). They have power to co-opt any additional Service or non-Service specialist as necessary. 2. The J.T.I.C. have the following functions:(a) Under the Joint Intelligence Committee (J.I.C.) to keep under review the technical developments of importance to national defence of all Powers, except the Commonwealth and the U.S.A., and to report to the J.I.C.
