SECRET ANNEX CHARTER FOR J.I.C. EVASION, ESCAPE AND PRISONER OF WAR INTELLIGENCE SUB-COMMITTEE Terms of Reference The sub-committee will recommend and where appropriate decide the policy for all aspects of Escape and Evasion work including the following:(a) evasion and escape training; (b) research and development of evasion and escape aids; (c) research and development of new codes and techniques for use in Prisoner of War camps; (d) escape routes and resoue areas. Composition. 2. The Sub-Committee will consist of the following:Chairman To be provided by each of the three services in rotation.
