CONFIDENTIAL ANNEX B.B.C. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS SUB-COMMITTEE Terms of Reference On behalf of the Joint Intelligence Committee:(a) To co-ordinate relations between the Monitoring Service of the BBC and departments represented on the Joint Intelligence Committee. (b) To give guidance to the Monitoring Service of the BBC in the selection of targets, in the form of presentation of output, end in any other matters for which guidance may be asked. (c) To keep under review, the extent of the effort devoted by the Monitoring Service of the BBC to defence intelligence purposes in relation to:(i) current intelligence requirements; (ii) other sources of intelligence; (iii) the co-ordination of the requirements of the B.B.C.
