(e) Divergences of views on policy between the British Comonwealth and the United States, and reports with a marked anti-American or anti-British tone. (f) Intelligence from delicate sources which might be endangered if it was made known. (g) Matters affecting British trade interests, in which the Americans might be our rivals.
