TOP SECRET COPY should consider:(a) Whether there are any installations which could be destroyed and any strategic materials which could be removed by Rhine Army during its withdrawal without interfering with its main task and inform me accordingly; (b) Take note that it is desired by the Commanderin-Chief Allied Land Forces Central Europe that national authorities should communicate with S.H.A.P.E. on matters connected with industrial demolitions and not deal direct with the C-in-C -Rhine Army.
