We believe the Soviet Leaders are likely to employ 15 20 Divisions supported by approximately 400 aircraft to achieve their objectives in Italy. These divisions would become available for these operations after the Soviet L of C through North-Western Yugoslavia has been cleared and the necessary build-up of the main forces has been completed. This we consider likely by D + 30. 2. Page 5 Para 14. We do not consider that Soviet strategic air forces will operate within the region.
