TOP SECRET GUARD Western Union (copy to the Secretariat of the C.M.I.B.), and a decision obtained. If there is any disagreement as to whether the information may or may not be released, the matter is referred by the Service Department and the United States Delegation to the C.M.I.B. (c) If the request is for combined Anglo-U.S. military information relating to more than one Service, the request is forwarded by the U.K. representative on the Service Advisory Sub-Committee to the Exchange of Military Information Sub-Committee of the Joint Intelligence Committee for consideration.
