TOP SECRET GUARD 4. With regard to paragraph 3 (a) above we have no comments to make except that when the procedure for processing requests to disclose combined military information to member nations of the Western Union has been approved, we consider that the United Kingdom Delegation to the Military Committee of the Five Powers should be invited to work out the administrative details to implement the procedure with the United States Delegation. 5. In regard to paragraph 3 (b) above, the categories of combined military information to be included in the first procedural meeting of the C.M.I.B.
