We consider that intelligence subjects of over-riding importance should be indicated from time to time by special briefs and not listed in the report. These subjects should be placed in Priority I and the items at present shown in Annex I should be reviewed with the object of re-allocation in Annex II. This is in conformity with the practice adopted elsewhereØ.
