TOP SECRET (b) The short-term programme is devoted entirely to German missiles. The following operational assumptions are also made:(c) The Soviets have full control of the launching areas. (d) In the case of the V.2, the existing liquid oxygen plants in Western Europe are captured intact by the Soviets. Conclusions 6. (a) Any attacks by V.1 and V.2 missiles will be supplementary to bombing raids by piloted aircraft and they will be launched from many sites along the North Coast of France and the Low Countries.
