TOP SECRET ANNEX 1. Our detailed comments on the report+ on "Intelligence Requirements of the Western Europe Commanders-in-Chief on Mobilisation" are as follows:(a) Basic Intelligence Material (paragraphs 2, 10 (a) and Appendix A). We agree in principle. (b) Topographical and Economic Intelligence Bureau (paragraphs 3, 10 (b) and Appendix B.) We suggest an expansion of Appendix B. This is attached at Appendix. (c) Combined Services Detailed Interrogation. Centre (C.S.D.I.C.) and Army, Navy and Air Force interrogation Centres (paragraphs 4, 5, 10(c) and Appendix c).
