(F.E.)), together with a map showing areas of responsibility and interest. 2. In preparing this charter the views of the Commonwealth Relations Office (C.R.O.) and the British Defence Co-ordination Committee, Far East, have been taken into account. Definition 3. The terms "Members of the Commwealth" and "British Dependencies" as used in this paper and in the charter are defined as follows :(a) Members of the Commonwealth comprise the U.K.
