6. probably posed They Western their ANNEX SOVIET INTENTIONS AND CAPABILITIES 1951 & 1954 We append below the changes necessary to bring our previous briefon "Soviet Intentions and Capabilities 1949" up to the dates 1st May 1951 and 1st May 1951;. ANNEX ASSUMPTIONS 1. War has been forced upon the Western Powers owing to acts of aggression by the Soviet Union. Political Alignment in 1951 and 1954. 2. The following countries would be in association with the Soviet Union, which would dispose to a greater or less degree of their resources and territories :Bulgaria, Roumania, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Eastern Germany, Poland, Albania, Czechoslovakia, Korea, Communist China and Finland.
