APPENDIX A TO the " " Company. It is intended to offer work which is classified SECRET/CONFIDETIAL (hereinafter referred to as "the work") to " " Company Ltd., (hereinafter called "the Contractor"). Before the nature of the work is disclosed, it is necessary by way of a condition precedent to such disclosure, for the contractor to agree to be bound by and to implement both before and after the execution of any formal contract the security conditions hereinafter specified and any other Security conditions which may from time to time later be specified.
