ANNEX HYDROGEN PEROXIDE PLANTS BOARD OF TRADE BRIEF FOR UNITED KINGDOM BID FOR PLANT FROM GERMAN REPARATIONS 1. The two German plants for the manufacture of concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide at RHUMSPRINGE and BAD LAUTERBURG have been cleared for reparations and have been notified to the Inter-Allied Reparations Agency (I.A.R.A.) at BRUSSELS for allocation shortly. Allocations to successful bidders are expected to be made in January, 1948. 2. Draft instructions to the UNITED KINGDOM delegation for entry of a bid have been prepared by the Reparations Secretariat, German Division, Board of Trade, and were discussed at a Meeting held at Ministry of Supply on 26th November, 1948.
