CONFIDENTIAL ANNEX JOINT INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE SUB-COMMITTEE ON SECURITY CHARTER AND TERMS OF REFERENCE. Composition. 1. The Sub-Committee on Security of the Joint Intelligence Committee consists of the Heads of the Security Branches of the three Service Ministries, and a representative of the Security Service. The appointment of Chairman shall be made by the Joint Intelligence Committee as the occasion arises. The Committee shall have power to co-opt as they may consider necessary, for the examination of individual problems.
