Disclosure of Information Concerning Combined Operations. Report by the Joint Intelligence Committee

1 May 1948

Implications of Imposing Restrictions. 7. The imposition of restrictions goes further than disclosure of information to foreign countries through training missions and Service Attaches. Foreigners are normally involved in three ways:(a) When taking a course at the School of Combined Operations. (b) When the School of Combined Operations is visited by a course from another Service Establishment including foreigners among the students. (c) When lecturers on Combined Operations visit Staff Colleges or Establishments where foreigners are under training.
