6. On the other hand, certain U.K. Attaches in foreign capitals have, as Advisers or heads of Service Missions or Delegations, been co-opted on Service Advisory Committees. These Attaches, by their membership of the Committees, are entitled to and should receive all Metric information which they are actually required to have. 7. Also, U.K. Attaches in the other capitals will require guidance to enable them to ascertain whether obligations accepted under the Brussels Treaty by the other Powers are being fulfilled.
