The above conclusions apply equally to aliens employed on defence work, both directly or as consultants by the Admiralty, the Ministry of Supply or D.S.I.R.; also by firms holding classified defence contracts. They apply with substantially equal force to dual nationals and persons recently naturalised (say since the end of the war). Recommendations. 10. We recommend that the Chiefs of Staff endorse our report and instruct the Secretary to forward copies to the Minister of Defence for his information, and subject to his approval, to the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations and the Minister of Supply, for their information.
