ANNEX II JOINT TECHNICAL INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE CHARTER AND TERMS OF REFERENCE 1. The Joint Technical Intelligence Committee (J.T.I.C.) consists of the Chairman, the Heads of the three Services Technical Intelligence Sections, a representative of J.I.B. and a representative of the Ministry of Supply. It shall have power to co-opt any additional Service or non-Service technician as necessary, compatible with maintaining adequate security. 2. The J.T.I.C. has the following terms of reference:(a) Under the Joint Intelligence Committee (J.I.C.) to keep under review the technical developments of importance to national defence of all foreign Powers, and to report to the J.I.C.
