Intelligence on territories in 7(a) above will be collated by staffs of those represented on the Intelligence Coordinating Committee, who will themselves be kept informed on the territories in 7(b) in such manner as may appear best after consultation between the Intelligence Coodinating Committee and the civil authorities in the territory concerned.
