Relationship with the Working Party of the Joint War Production Staff. (J.W.P.S.) 5. This Working Party has been charged with the task of considering general questions concerning the supply to foreign countries of arms and equipment and processes of potential Military value, including questions of reciprocity with the Soviet Union and Satellite States. They will accordingly assess the desirability of supplying equipment to other countries and decide on the apportionment of materials to be supplied.
