ANNEX. INTERVENTION. Evidence of satellite intervention on the side of the Greek rebels has been accumulating of recent weeks. Possibility of the Participation of Satellite Armed Forces. 2. Both Yugoslavia and Bulgaria are capable of sending troops to the assistance of Markos. The Jugoslav 5th Army in Macdeonia consists of six infantry and one tank divisions, all nearly completely equipped with Russian weapons, and up to establishment in manpower. There are indications that an additional division may have recently been sent to this Army.
