2 5. We recommend that the Chiefs of Staff take note of our report and instruct the Secretary to submit copies to :— (a) The Minister of Defence for his information. (b) The Commander-in-Chief, B.A.O.R., with the request that he instruct the Joint Intelligence Committee, Germany, to implement the recommendations set out in paragraphs :— 8 (b) (i). 8 8 (c) (l) (ii).
