Review of J.I.C. Organisation and Procedure. Report by the Joint Intelligence Committee

(b) Invite the Ministry of Defence to consider the appointment of (i) a second officer of the Joint Intelligence Bureau, of the rank of Principal Research Officer, for the Joint Intelligence Staff, and (ii) an increase of one officer, of the rank of Lieut. Commander or equivalent, to serve on the J.I.C. Secretariat, in addition to the Secretary for the Joint Scientific and Joint Technical Intelligence Committees. (c) Approve the transfer of duties of the Sub-Committee on Exchange of Technical Information from the Defence Research Policy Committee to the Joint Intelligence Committee.
