Recommendations. 5. We recommend that:(a) The Chiefs of Staff should endorse this report and send a copy to the Minister of Defence, seeking his approval to circulate it to the Defence Committee. (b) Copies of this report should be sent to the Commonwealth Chiefs of Staff, and Commanders-in-Chief at home and abroad.
